At GRJ Candle Creations, we take pride in providing high-quality candles and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Sale items or items purchased with a discount cannot be refunded.
Products that have been used or are not in their original condition are not eligible for refunds.

3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
